Paleo recipes! Bacon, eggs, avocado... you know this is going to be good!
Ingredients:
- 1 large avocado, halved & seed removed
- 2 eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 slice of bacon (chopped)
- 2 pinches of chives (optional)
- 2 shakes of garlic powder (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Scoop out some of the avocado in the halves and set aside what is scooped out.
- You can use that to spread over paleo almond bread toast.
- The eggs need to be able to fit into the avocado holes.
